1. How long is production time?
10 days from art approval for screenprinting and embroidery. Promotional items take 3-4 weeks. Rush jobs are available

3. Do you offer special rates for non-profit organizations?
Yes, we currently work with non-profit and charity organizations.

4. How much are the Screen Printing set-up charges?
We charge $75.00 Per color for original artwork, $55.00 Per color to copy artwork and $35.00 Per color if provided with camera ready artwork.
Plate charges are $20 per color.

5. How much is embroidery?
The cost of embroidery depends on the number of stitches, the size of the logo, the type of garment and the number of pieces ordered.

6. Do you have an in-house art department for creating original art?
Yes, we have an in-house art department and can create anything you or your company needs

7. How is art accepted?
JPEG is not camera ready art. Art is accepted through e-mail. Camera-ready art is accepted as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator 9, freehand, and we also accept .eps files.

8. Are rush services available?
Yes, rush service is available at the following fee schedule: 2-day service= 50%; 4-day service = 25%. Simply give a call or e-mail us with details of your deadline and order.

9. What are the minimums?
36 Pieces for embroidery, and 24 Pieces for screenprinting.

10. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
